To successfully hold the first meeting regarding Rivera Park Hanoi apartment complex
On April 21, 2019, at 69 Vu Trong Phung, Thanh Xuan District, “The first Meeting regarding Rivera Park Hanoi apartment complex” (held for the second time) was successfully held with the participation of 71.94% of homeowners agreeing to combine the building into the condominium complex with the participation of local authority’s representatives, investors and management units.
The meeting elected the Board of Management for the term of 2019-2022 and approved official documents, regulations and important contents under Circular No. 02/2016TT-BXD and No. 28/2016/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction.
Previously, despite attaining the major consensus among homeowners and owner, “The first meeting of Rivera Park Hanoi Apartment” (firstly held on April 9, 2019) was not eligible in line with the law provisions (because the percentage of homeowners participating was less than 75%). On that basis, “The first Meeting regarding Rivera Park Hanoi apartment complex” continued to be held for the second time on April 21, 2019.
“The first conference of Rivera Park Hanoi apartment complex” (held for the second time) has adopted official documents, regulations and other important contents with major consensus rate. By direct voting, the Meeting passed the Regulations and agenda of the Apartment Meeting; Operational model and Regulation on election for members of the Board of Management. By form of secret voting, the Meeting adopted the Rules for the Management and Use of Rivera Park Hanoi Apartment Building; by-laws of the Board of Management and the Plan of using maintenance costs of common owned part.
In addition, about 90% of owners voted to choose Rivera Homes Property Exploitation And Management Joint Stock Company as the management unit of Rivera Park Hanoi apartment complex. Rivera Homes is a professional unit, in charge of managing and operating Hanoi Rivera Park building right from the first day of handing over the apartment and receiving the appreciation from the resident community as well as Long Giang Land owner.
After more than 4 serious working hours in line with the law provisions, based on the independent vote counting result under the supervision of the parties, the Meeting elected the Board of Management of Rivera Park Hanoi apartment complex with 7 members. In which, 6 members are owners of apartments and 1 member is the Owner’s Representative. The members of the Board of Management are dedicated, enthusiastic, capable and experienced suitable for their positions, including:

- Nguyen Viet Hung – Apartment: 2205A
- Nguyen Thi Le Thanh – Apartment hộ: 2003A
- Hoang Nguyen Thai – Apartment: 0809B
- Pham Anh Tuan – Apartment: 0711B
- Dinh Ngoc Hieu – Apartment: 1204B
- Nguyen Manh Ha– Owner’s Representativ
Attending and speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tho – Chairman of People’s Committee Thanh Xuan Trung Ward, Thanh Xuan District recognized the owner’s efforts and praised the responsibility of the resident community. He suggested the Board of Management to soon complete and send necessary procedures to People’s Committee of Thanh Xuan District to be issued recognition decision early and hope that the Rivera Park Hanoi apartment building will be an exemplary apartment complex in Thanh Xuan Trung ward as well as in Thanh Xuan district area.
The election of Hanoi Rivera Park apartment complex’s Board of Management with full rights and responsibilities under the law provisions to ensure legal rights of the community through their representatives voted by them.
