LONG GIANG LAND HEATS UP WITH THE 2024 SUMMER VACATION

Following a year of intensive focus on production, business operations, and new project investment development, from July 7^th to 9^th, 2024, Long Giang Land employees from northern offices and branches gathered in the beautiful coastal city of Ha Long, exploring the magical, fairy-tale-like beauty and experienced the local culture and cuisine.

This trip presented a token of gratitude and appreciation from the Company’s Leadership to all employees and their families for their invaluable contributions to the Company’s continuous growth. Furthermore, this trip provided an opportunity for Long Giang employees to strengthen their bonds, share aspirations, beliefs, directions, spirits, and inspirations, and foster a collective drive toward the Group’s shared goals.

–    Team-Building: The Team-building activities on the afternoon of July 7^th brought much laughter to the three teams and naturally bonded the members together, with the motto “just play and get gifts”.  With the spirit of “Work hard, play harder”, the Team-building program created a chance for employees from different generations to interact, strengthening the sense of unity and fostering the spirit of collectivism. Ultimately, this team spirit became the greatest value that Long Giang Land employees received. Although everyone felt exhausted afterward, they were also incredibly refreshed. People with warm hearts full of passion, shoulders wrapped around each other, hands clasped in unity, smiles and eyes shining with joy, sweat dripping but laughter never fading, etc.

–    A dazzling night of performances: The performances at the Gala Dinner on July 8^th were not only from the young and energetic members of the Long Giang Youth Club but also featured the debut performances of our “older but wiser” seniors on stage. It was an energetic and brilliant night of music as Long Giang employees transformed into “professional artists” on stage. All brought impressive, surprising, and moving moments of entertainment for the audience.

–   Lucky Draw: Particularly, the activity that brought the most joy to everyone was the Lucky Draw, which was held intermittently throughout the Gala Dinner. With a shower of prizes, the Lucky Draw sowed joy and excitement among all employees, relatives, and families present at the Gala Dinner night.

Summer vacation is an annual welfare activity that Long Giang has consistently maintained for employees. This activity helps improve the spiritual life and only brings small material values, but the joy at that time will remain in the hearts of participants. The summer vacation, in particular, and the Company’s events in general, will become a plus point in the minds of employees and their families about Long Giang’s corporate culture.
