Compensation Policies
- Salary: Each employee’s salary is determined based on their capabilities, professional experience, and is designed to meet their personal needs while ensuring a decent livelihood.
- Allowances: Various work-related allowances are provided by Long Giang Land, including responsibility allowances, construction site allowances, office allowances, relocation/transfer allowances, and other specific allowances, depending on the employee’s monthly performance evaluation. Bonuses are awarded based on work performance, as well as for special occasions such as holidays and birthdays.
- Social Benefits: All employees of Long Giang Land are entitled to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance according to the regulations of the state. In addition, to foster a friendly work environment and enhance the spiritual life of employees, the company organizes monthly and quarterly events such as birthday parties, cultural activities, art performances, and sports events.

Recruitment Policy

Training Policy
All employees are required to attend necessary training to effectively perform their tasks.

Managers are responsible for providing regular guidance and training to their subordinates.
The company sponsors part or all of the tuition fees for specialized training courses for key personnel or those with potential for future development. In exceptional cases, the company may support employees participating in voluntary training programs outside of working hours.
After completing training, employees are required to submit reports on their learnings and apply acquired knowledge and skills to improve job performance. Employees are encouraged to share their knowledge and skills with colleagues.
Employees attending training during working hours must obtain approval from their department head and management.
Internal training includes on-the-job training, orientation for new employees, quality management system training, etc.
External training: Depending on job needs and individual capabilities, the company may send employees to attend courses at reputable universities or training centers domestically or abroad. The decision to send employees for overseas training will be made by the CEO.
