Rivera Park Hanoi to win the Ministry of Construction’s High Quality Construction Project award

On the morning of April 12, 2018, in Hanoi, representative of Ministry of Construction honored and awarded the “High quality construction project” award to the Trade, Service, Office and Housing Center project at 69 Vu Trong Phung (Rivera Park Hanoi). The ceremony saw the attendance of representative of the owner – the joint venture of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company (Long Giang Land), Viet Nam JSC for Restoration of Monuments (Vinaremon) and representatives of the project’ s main contractors to receive the award.

Addressing at the awarding ceremony, Mr. Le Quang Hung – Deputy Minister of Construction said: The “High quality construction project” award is one of the important events of the Construction industry, in order to honor organization/individual having made efforts in creating increasingly quality construction products.

Representatives of the Investor and main contractors of the Rivera Park Hanoi project received the “High Quality Project” award from the Ministry of Construction.

Being one of the reputable quality certifications, the High Quality Construction Project award is carefully carried out and evaluated by an Examining Council who are experienced experts in the construction sector and are strictly appraised by specialized agencies.

In order to be included in the list of winning projects, the nominated projects must be accepted to be completed, put into use in accordance with the law provisions for no more than 3 years from the time registering for reward examination. In addition, the nominated works must not violate the provisions of law on construction investment, land, bidding, labor safety, environmental protection, fire and explosion prevention and other relevant provisions of laws.

Being included in the quality works shows that Hanoi Rivera Park has met the strict criteria of the Organizing Committee. At the same time, it is partly prove the capacity of the owner and design, supervision and construction units during the project development.
