Long Giang Land to hold the first meeting of Rivera Park Hanoi Apartment

On April 07, 2019, Long Giang Land held the first “Rivera Park Hanoi Apartment Meeting” at hall of Tower B, Rivera Park in Hanoi.

The meeting saw the attendance of with owner’s representative- Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company (Long Giang Land), representative of People’s Committee of Thanh Xuan Trung Ward, Thanh Xuan District; representatives of Public Security of Thanh Xuan Trung Ward, Thanh Xuan District; representatives of Rivera Homes Property Exploitation And Management Joint Stock Company (the management unit of Rivera Park Hanoi building) and 330 apartment owners/ their representatives – representing for 330 among the total of 514 apartments handed over at Rivera Park Hanoi project, reaching 64.2%.

Rivera Park Hanoi Condominium Conference was first attended by 330 apartment owners in Hanoi’s Rivera Park building.

“The first Rivera Park Hanoi Apartment meeting” recognized the contribution and dynamically exchanged constructive ideas among apartment owners and owner’s representatives on the organization of Rivera Park Hanoi Apartment meeting for the first time, the responsibilities and obligations of the owner under the apartment sales contract and the contents related to the management of the building.

Mr. Le Ha Giang – Chairman of the Board of Management, representative of Long Giang Land owner spent more than 2 hours to directly listen to and answer questions and wishes of house owners, especially exchanging comments, answer questions about the transfer of maintenance fund right after the establishment of Board of Management of Rivera Park Hanoi apartment complex, the work of issuing apartment ownership certificate, mortgage and demortgage of apartment .

As many apartment owners present at the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Hue – an apartment owner in Builing B expressed her satisfaction and appreciated the construction quality as well as the management service quality in the River Park Hanoi Building. However, she also shared some points about the service necessary to be improved and expressed her wish that the owner will actively listen to improve the quality of service in the future.

Mr. Le Ha Giang – Chairman of the Board, representative of investor Long Giang Land directly exchanged and answered questions of residents in the Conference.

Regarding the quality of management service, the owner’s representative said: “On overal, the service at the Rivera Park Hanoi is relatively good, but there will certainly be unavoidable shortcomings. We are always listening, acknowledging and striving to provide residents with better quality services. We wish to soon establish a building management board who will participate in managing and supervising the building, contribute to ensuring the legitimate interests of residents as well as improve the quality of the building service day by day”.

At the conference, many apartment owners actively exchanged with representatives of investors about issues related to maintenance fund, red book mortgage, building management services …

Although not eligible to conduct meeting prescribed by the law provisions (due to the percentage of attending apartment owners’ representatives represented less than 75%), “The first Rivera Park Hanoi Apartment meeting” was still appreciated by attending delegates due to high satisfaction and consensus among apartment owners and the owner. Based on the minutes of the “First Rivera Park Hanoi Apartment meeting”, the Rivera Park Hanoi Apartment Meeting will be held as soon as possible and in accordance with the law provisions.
