Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company-Long Giang Land would like to send you our greeting, and sincere thank for your taking care and companion with us during the past time.

As of its establishment in 2001, Long Giang Land is proud to be one of the enterprises which always moves in coordination with the development of Vietnam’s real estate market, being one of the important parts building modern, large scale buildings, civilized urban projects, gradually contributing in the improvement of the life quality for people.

From the initial operating days, Long Giang Land has quickly become a reliable partner of reputable owners, being the contractors of foundations and basements for a lot of large scale projects nationwide.  Grasping the common development demand of the market and the real demand for housing of the society, from 2004, Long Giang Land has a big change in its strategy when it officially enters into real estate investment and business. With the experience and advantages of an enterprise which is both constructor and owners of real estate projects from the North to the South, Long Giang Land continuously develops and puts into use modern and full of utilities works such as Xuan Thuy Tower (173 Xuan Thuy, Hanoi), Meco Complex (102 Truong Chinh, Hanoi), etc. And most recently, Hanoi Rivera Park (69 Vu Trong Phung, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) and Rivera Park Saigon (7/28 Thanh Thai, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City) – the first two branded Rivera Park projects, are constructed under the criteria of a high end apartment project. As of official operation (on June 2018 and October 2017, respectively), 2 projects have attracted positive feedback and appreciation from residents.  In 2018, Rivera Park Hanoi project of Long Giang Land was honored by the Ministry of Construction as “high quality project” and reached the Top 2 of Investment Attraction Projects of the prestigious poll, namely “The project leading the tendency of 2018”. The success of the Rivera Park projects chain is an evidence proving that the development orientation is correct and the operation of the company is efficient, making Long Giang Land one of the prestigious owners in the market.
