Festival of October 2018: Long Giang Land to celebrate 17th anniversary of its establishment

On October 08, 2018, within the framework of the Festival in October held at Thung Nham Bird Park (Ninh Binh), Long Giang Land celebrated in a lively atmosphere the 17th anniversary of its establishment. The program saw the participation of the Board of Management and more than 100 staffs with 2 main activities which are annual review conference and teambuilding.

Lots of outstanding marks in the 17th year of operation

Looking back at 17 years of building and developing, Long Giang Land has made great movement in both scale and quality. Nearly 2 decade-journey through ups and downs makes Long Giang Land have enough power and strength to develop and stand firmly in the market as present. The position of Long Giang Land has been deeply marked by the success it has achieved in the last 17 years of operation – From 8/10/2017 to 8/10/2018.

Company’s income statement for the period from October 8, 2017 – October 8, 2018, Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha – Deputy General Director of Long Giang Land said: In the past year, Long Giang Land has clearly developing steps with successes in many fields: production and business, organizational- administrative structure, remuneration policies. Of which the highlight is that is has successfully organized the event for handing over apartments and showing gratitude to customers of Rivera Park Ho Chi Minh City project (October 2017) and Rivera Park Hanoi (July 2018); perfecting the management and organizational structure and most recently establishing Long Giang Engineering and Construction Joint Stock Company – Long Giang E&C.

The Long Giang E&C’s establishment is evaluated as a necessary step to meet its development demand in the time ahead. Chairman of the Board of Management – Le Ha Giang expected that this change will help Long Giang Land reduce at least 20% of the time and 10% of the cost in the course of accomplishing its objectives, contributing in promoting and optimizing efficiency of the company’s production and business operation.

Assessing its operation in the past year, Mr. Le Ha Giang said that the most outstanding achievement of the company is its successful organization of 2 events for handing over apartment of 2 Rivera Park projects, and the quality change in the working environment, internal culture of Long Giang Land in positive direction. He also identified that the year of 2018 is the year of change and development. In the present comprehensive reform period, personnel factor, the source of strength from the solidarity of Long Giang Land is an important driving force for the company’s development.

Exciting, connected with teambuilding activities…

Following the year-end conference, the festival of October has become more and more attractive with exciting teambuilding activities. With the challenges requiring the participation of a lot of people as well as the harmonious coordination of the members, teambuilding activities bring really fun and comfortable time, contributing to strengthening the solidarity, team spirit of all employees.

The activity has attracted nearly 100 staffs to participate, divided into four teams:

• (1): Team: Black glass – Slogan: Like it, do it – Identifying color: Green
• (2): Team: Strength – Slogan: Orange whirlwind – Identifying color: Orange
• (3): Team: Cannon – Slogan: Batter to perforate – Identifying color: Yellow
• (4): Team: Eagle – Slogan: Eagle flapped wings – Identifying color: Blue

The festival in October 2018 has become a memorable milestone of Long Giang Land in its development journey, because the festival has not only brought great memories for all staffs but also opened its 18th year of operation with lots of opportunities, potentials and expectations.
